Check the wiring harness under the hood that runs to the running lights...probably a loose wire...as for the dash lights...turn the headlight knob left and right (if you have a headlight knob, that is...)...
A good slap on top of the dash might help if there is a loose bulb/wire...otherwise...you may be in for some junkyard visits to tear one down...do that in the junkyard so you don't destroy your truck...if you haven't done it before, that is...
