front tow hooks

not sure if this is the right forum but does anyone have a good idea for tow hook mounts on the front of a 97 with the crush frame also how do you reenforce the crush frame so you dont strech it

I bolted 3/8th inch plate along the inside of the frame then doubled up the plate where I bolted the tow hooks on. I pulled a stuck semi (single axle day cab with an empty trailer) out with it and it held up fine.
