351w head bolts into the waterjacket?

1985 5.8 H.O. 4V, heads are on and torqued. Then i read conflicting reports about headbolts into the water jacket. No sealer was on bolts when removed.
Does anyone really know if they enter the water jacket??
 
If you have no leaks around the lower head bolts, don't sweat it. The roller 302's had the bolts into the coolant jackets, never heard anything about the 351's.
