I would think amazon would have one, but you need a title. Or ask a junkyard to buy one of their old ones...

The book in question is called the "hollander" book. I believe you need to be a wrecking yard or dismantler to get one.

They offer two lines, the Salvage yard line, and the "collectors, restores and re builders" line. Anyone know what is the difference between those products?
The collector's line only stops at about 1989 year.

There are presently 157 listings on Ebay for Hollander Interchange referance sets. They are pricey, but very helpful.
