will a 2.5 oil pan clear the 4x4 ttb?

picking up a 2.5 and thinking about putting it into a gen 2 4x4, I've read about having to drill for the crank sensor but anyone know if the oil pan will clear the ttb?
 
is the second gen a 2.3 truck? if so, just swap oil pans onto the other block, simple as that.
