as long as it is in good condition other than the motor just get one out of jy and fix iit

yes its worth it, even replacing the head gasket and heads its worth it.
300,000 miles? Uh.... its only worth it if the body and interior are good, if not, no.
yea as long as the frames solid it could be a good platform to build on for cheap
If it helps, I just sold a '96 ext cab 2wd for $300 with a hopeless engine, fairly rusty frame, and plenty of dings and dents.
