Ok, so I have a 1999 Ford Ranger 5 speed maual, and Ive been tryin to find some ways to improve its performance. If anyone has some cheap ideas I can do or some moderately expensive ways I can boost the power, Id really like the help.

headers, throttle body, air intake, exhaust, thats the basic stuff that adds some power

Modest gains only from anything less than turbo charging...but changing the rear gears will make it feel like it has more power...check the gears you have...if they are 373s or higher (meaning a lower number), you can go with 410 or 456 if you can find them...
