OK, I blew the transmission out in my ranger (1998 single cab 2.5L motor with the 4r44e transmission).
I found a guy parting out a 2001 ford ranger edge with the 3.0L motor in it...
Some people are saying that it's the 4r44e in the edge and others are saying it's the 4r55e.
Will the transmission in that 2001 edge fit in my 98?
