2001 2.3 swap

Can a 2001 2.3 ford/mazda engine be wapped into a 94' truck with a 2.3? What kind of problems does this present? I have a chance to buy a 2001 engine and would like any information that could help me make a decsion.

it would throw in all sorts of problems, it's a completely different engine, you would need the complete engine, transmission and wiring/computer along with some rewiring of the cab harness
