If this has been discussed on here already please direct me to the correct thread.
I've got a 94 B4000 SE with 125000 Kms and just put some 30x9.5x15 Roughriders M&S on it. The tire guy said don't use the four wheel drive as I will blow out the transfer case with these tires. Is this going to be a problem for me? I have to change out the auto hubs as they are toast and I will install Warn hubs in the near future. Are there any issues I should look out for, make any changes?

Thanks

Yeah there all the same size, I think he was referring to the size, weight of the tires having some sort of effect on the TC. Thanks for the help.

can't help too much, i guess if you could ask a ford technician or an off-roading center. they usually know what they're talking about. i have the number of national 4wd center in montreal canada. they know they're stuff.

As long as they are the same size it shouldn't be a problem.

i've got a 2010 b4000 i was wondering what the biggest tires i can put on it without doing a lift kit. or should i just do a few inches of body lift to get some nice rubber under there. keep in mind its a work truck and i dont take it off roading

First off, that tire guy didn't know sh!t. There are guys running 35's on that stock transfer case with no problems. And nicqcon start own thread next time bud, but I know from experience you can fit 32 x 9.5 R16's without any issue's if your 4x4, but i would say much more over a 30 x 9.5 R16 on a 2wd.
