how do i get the line out of the trans do i just pull it out or what? i need help i need the 2.9 out now

if its the same as a 4th gen and newer, its got a white locking collar, push it in towards the trans, and pull the line out.

i had to play around with it, wiggle it and pull, its a pain if its older and has crud stuck in there, the white plastic piece is split, so as long as you have a new one i guess you can pull it out with needle nose
