Rear shocks

I'm looking to buy a set of heavy duty rear shocks for my ranger. Right now I have the Gabriel Ultra Gold on there.

I was shopping around and see that they have air ride shocks where you inflate them when your going to haul heavy loads. Anyone have this on their truck?
 
They will jar the teeth right out of your head.
As will any thing other then factory shocks ( or the low end gabriels ).
 
What do you mean by that? Like the teeth of my engine head will blow up?

so your saying the shocks I have right now is good enough?

Go with Bilstein. They're one of the most popular shocks and I plan on going to them for shocks when I lift.
