got new parts today

Well I went down to delta camshaft today to pick up a cam for the beast. and I was successful I got a 260 advertised duration with a .410 lift single pattern cam ground on a 112 lobe sep. with a 108 centerline.
it is big enough to add some torque but not so big that I would have to rev it real high to use it.
it will be a while before I can install it but I will keep you updated if your interested.

thanks and yes it is a good name.
as for the cam I am hoping to get enough power to go over the pass I travel.
as of right now I am using my expedition and it is REALLY thirsty.
I am also looking to put a holley/autolite 5200 series carb on it as well but I can't find a good used one to try first.
