The guy said the previous home owner left it there and he tried to start it, but it wouldn't start. I said if I can't get it started I'll tinker with it. I got it home took off the breather and pushed the prime bulb hard three times and it fired up on the first pull and every time since then. It has some kind of bagger attachment, but I don't think it's for that mower. I cut a few stripes of grass with it does fine. I love Craig's List. This is almost a new Craftsman mower. I could make a living getting this stuff and selling it!
