Power gains?

What kind of power gain would I get (ballpark) throwing in the 2.5 internals into my 94' 2.3? The only mods done are CAI and complete exhaust including header.

Without a good porting and better cam to make use of the increased potential volume, not a whole lot. 10-20hp tops, though you will gain torque, which is a very good thing in a truck.

Basically, I'd suggest, if your to go to the expense of installing the crank/rods/pistons, then get the head reworked and add a better cam too.
