They are different, the flareside is shorter, but they both are bout the same price....your lookin at around $300+tax.

I have a used one if interested. I thought mine had gone bad so i replaced it but it turned out that it wasnt the problem
they are different, ive got one from when i swapped beds, ill have to see what kind of shape its in if youre interested.
