Excuse me if I might be ignorant of Kentucky cooking, but what is burgoo? Some soup made from sticky burgers?
 
Damn should have told me to come down. Much better than what I had to eat.

And burgoo is the shit btw, thats what it is.
 
lol the pig turned out great, im gunna be eating pork for weeks...

its kind of a KY tradition atleast around here, it has a little bit of everything in it and everybody makes it different lol all i can say is youll have to try it

send me your number sometime, we do huge cookouts just about every 3 day weekend...our family owns a cabin on rough river lake so thats where we always are

I have to make it down next year. How many cases of beer should I bring? We've got some killer microbrews up here in NH!

Will do. Was just passing through today. When to Leitchfield to buy a bumper for the Focus. I am down there every so often for the saltwater fish store.

our cabin is real close to leitchfield, i coulda grabbed it for ya before i came to town today lol

where's the salt water fish store? never heard of it
 
It just moved a couple months ago. Its across the street from Kohls. Couldn't tell you the street, I just know how to get there.
 
I would hate to have to wash that big ass kettle, or sit around that fire after you all ate those beans! LOL Looks great!
