had some one make a statement the other day that i needed to check the facts on-he said that while alaska(our northern neighbor on the islands)is the largest state,it still wasn't as big as b.c.did some research,and found that it is big enough that you could put texas(the second largest state)in it twice-and still have enough room left for most of california(third largest)....and british columbia?at 663 000 sq miles,alaska is almost twice as big.b.c. is 365 000 sq miles.
