I doubt it will, but if you swap oil pan from the Ranger, then it would.

Thanks Plum... when I got home, I took a peek underneath the Ranger and the pan's sump portion is quite a bit different than the Mustang's, but (as you stated) will hopefully work w/ the Ranger's pan on it - ASSUMING the oil pick-up is the same!!!

Oil pickups I believe are different. I didn't really bother to look when I did mine. I just started swapping things over

just put the ranger pickup on the mustang motor then the pan and you will be fine
