2006 coil spacers?

does anyone know if you can buy coil spacers for newer rangers (2006)?
I've looked everywhere because i need something to level out my truck until i can afford the big lift, but i cannot find any. Am i being dumb trying to find things that don't exist?
 
I'm pretty sure your 2006 ranger does not have coil springs.
 
2wds still have coil springs. OP did not specify if he has 2wd or 4wd.
 
and normal 2WD have IFS
sport and 4x4 have torsion bars
 
yes it is 2wd with coil springs

sorry for the late reply.. i haven't been able to find time to sit down and look at posts
 
then some spacers for any 98+ will work, since its the same thing since 98 lol
