have you checked the egr if you put a vacuum line from the manifold tree at an idle the engine should stall. if not either the egr is bad or the ports are plugged on the manifold and heads and the only way to get it working is to pull the intake manifold and chip it out or pull the heads and open the ports. mine were completely plugged up with carbon/burnt oil what happens is the valveguide seals go bad and the excess oil eventually builds up. you can stick your finger up inside the egr from underneath and see if it is opening when you apply vacuum if it is opening and it dont stall the ports are clogged and need to be cleared. If you have everything all hooked up stick you finger up underneath the diaphram and goose it and the egr should move. I can send you the solenoid/s for shipping cost. Just find out for sure it is the solenoid depending on the miles on your engine valve guide seals clearing the ports will improve the emission readings. If your engine blows smoke after it has been sitting for a bit and you have good compression it is the seals you can replace them without removing the heads and if your careful you can clear the exhaust ports for the egr by pulling the manifold make sure the valves are closed for the two center cylinders and vacuum them out good of jus pull the heads change the valve guide seals nad chip the crap out of the egr ports. Let me know what you find out and if you want those solenoids. I also have some fairly new parts throttle motor, map, feedback solenoid, choke pull off, TPS, cap&rotor good dizzy and code reader.
