Well, you were half right. The Russians ARE NOT allowed to drive. The Russian Government hired a group of Frenchman to drive the trucks. It's all part of the propaganda.

Those trucks can be impressive. I highly recommend anyone in to off roading and racing to save the cash and see them in a rally.

none of those had 4axles, nor 4-wheel steer. that looks more like the semi-truck racers with different back-ends. or the ones they run up pikes peak, i pitted near one of them last year at pikes peak....... :icon_hornsup:

Rally trucks don't carry unnecessary weight. I am talking off-road trucks though.

yeah those are more "off-road" than the grand prix semis, but more "on-road" than those huge 4-axle beasts in the video.......they're somewhere in the middle.

I love those Hemmits, we just got them in when I was getting out of the service. They will climb a tree, and with that 4 wheel steer and 8 wheel drive it's hard to get them stuck!
