I am not too familiar with California Emissions, but if you have the tag number from the wet PCM I think you are allowed to go down to a parts store with the tag number and say you need a new one. As long as the PCM you put in it has the cali calibration you should be OK.
Now if you aren't IN California, I'd just say forget it and throw a regular PCM form a 92 4.0.
