From my experience it is if you are having a vibration problem. I work at a ford dealer a few years back and they had one. I would only suggest it to the costumer if a regular balance and rotate would not fix the vibration problem.

road force simulates as if the tire was being drivin on balanced it deff is worth the money i dunno how it will work on a truck tires i always did it for highdollar cars like benz and shit when i worked at the dealership it will tell u if u have a bad tires or bent rim and if it can be fixed
