New Body Lift

So I just got a 3in Body lift. How hard are these to install, and how long should it take? I have a 2000 ext cab with an automatic.

With a buddy you could do it in less than a day.
The hardest parts is getting the old body mount bolts out, they used loc-tite on em. You could heat them up with a propane torch to melt the loc-tite.
It's pretty straight forward install, shouldn't be a problem.
