So I've had this truck nigh on a year now and I absolutely love it to death. Besides the little/basic stuffs like oil changes, swapping out the air filter, etc. I like to think that I've taken good care of it. Now, I wanna step up to the plate and try to make this truck stand out in a crowd. Next up on the list before all that is a tranny flush and diff cleanout. With over 140K miles on it, I know it's well overdue for it all.

Besides the basics, is there anything I need to look into to see what needs replacing/fixing?

If it ain't broke, don't fix it..... regular maintenance is ample... I might be missing something for I don't know your truck nor that modle/year.... but if you go looking for things you might be looking for what doesn't exsist.

Nope. Just check the wheel bearings, ball joints, tie rods etc...no point in fixing something that isn't broken though.

Bearings I can fix. Tie rods are somewhat okay, but I know the lower ball joints are clicking when the vehicle itself turns. I'm guessing that's bad and looking into getting those replace. Yet I don't know if that'd be the tip of the iceberg suspension-wise...
