If the backspacing is less than 4" they should be okay. Worst case, just don't turn the steering wheel to full lock.

i wouldent **** with it now. you have plenty of shit to do when you do the lift. becides you r aligment could be off and mess the tires up before the lift even goes on. not to mention you should ride the old tires with the lift till you get a alignment
