94 Third Tail Light

I looked through the other threads on here and couldn't find anything. I was wondering if it is PA legal to remove the third tail light and glass it over. I don't like the look of it, and I have no intention of putting a cap on to cover it up. My cousin glassed over his light in his 88 Chevy, and I want to make sure that it is legal before I do anything.

go to PA DOT (http://www.dmv.state.pa.us/vehicle_code/index.shtml) and check part IV chapter 43 vehicle lighting requirements. Your best bet is to find the local office for the highway patrol and ask them.

I know here in Ohio it wouldn't matter as long as you DO NOT use your vehicle for "commercial" use. Like I said though double check with your local highway patrol, it's better to be safe than sorry.

Ok, I know where the office is, I wanted to check on here first. I don't like to go into those kinds of places cause I'm a 16 year old kid. They don't really like me that much. ha Thanks for the advice.
