Head torque sequence? 2.8l 84 Bronco 2

Does anyone have the tightening sequence for this? I have the specs and all, just not the sequence.....Replacing blown headgaskets...glad heads are not cracked.....

not sure on this but I have been told to start in the center and work your way out in a x pattern. Tech page might have some answers
