ok my buddys truck is loaded with everything.... his power window will only go up when they want to... i tried everything... but what is the problem? his headlights are dim most the time and his voltometer twitches all the time....sounds like the voltage regulator in the alternator.... but would that mess with the windows?
any advice would be great im a ranger guy myself.... thank you

I would check the power coming into your fuse box on the drivers side of the dash where the door closes. If the power wire running to the fuse panel has a short or has a loose connection, then that could explain it.
