Cab mount hunt

the cab mount on my truck(mounts cab to frame) rotted through 6 months ago. Ive called every salvage yard i know..no luck.. a dealer one is 130 just for the frame. Ive been tight on money, so avoided that. Any ideas where i can get my hands on something like that or am i just gonna have to spend the money??

Well, can you make one? If you've got a welder and a little know how, you should be able to fab one up or repair the one you've got. I don't have one, so I can't help you there. Maybe someone else on here has a parts truck sitting around....

I have a cheapo stick welder. But never really fabbed nothing up. I've bubble gummed some exhaust leaks here and there but besides that nothing.
