any one have any good ideas on a way to extend the shifter on a manual transmission with your buying the actual extension? i just did a complete frame restoration/swap and added another inch body lift to clear the wide off set wheels i have. my shifters are a bit on the low side.. also what have you guys done about the t case shifter lever ?
