Hey all, thought I'd post some pictures of my truck. It's my first truck and so far I'm loving it! Stock 2010 Ranger Sport 2wd, got some plans to upgrade the rims and tires but other then that not too much else will change.

I got the 4L V6 5spd.

Not sure if anyone on here has any experience with the new traction control they have on the 2010 Rangers, but so far I can't stand it, even with it turned "off" its not really. Not cool when your trying to play around ;)

lol yeah i think u are the first to have a truck with the TC, does it help on mud?

I always drive with it off for some reason. I find even with it off if I'm going though mud and start to get sideways (I'm not 100% sure how the tc works) but it feels like it just kills all the power to the rear wheels, which in turns slows the truck down quite a bit, which I don't like because I'm now going though slick mud slow in a 2wd so I'm a bit more likely to get stuck (haven't yet though).

But in the snow it is amazing if you keep the tc turned on, it actually takes a fair amount of work to get the truck sideways...I can step on it in a parking lot and try to put it sideways and it wont let me.

Thanks, sold her about a month ago though. I'll be looking to get a more full on DH bike during the summer.
 
Nice! I have a Cannondale Perp, its great.. can't wait to ride in the spring!
 
nice truck man. on that tc to get it to override and spin you have to turn it off and hold the brake, i realize with a 5spd it sounds like a pain, but on my buddys mustang thats what we had to do.
