My check engine light is on.
I've been working on this for quite some time and have learned a few things. I'm using and "Auto X-Ray" scan tool.
I got P0125, coolant temp low
P0153, O2 sensor circuit slow response
and P0171 system lean

I changed the O2 sensor in bank 2, sensor 1
and new fuel filter, air filter, oil filter, oil, coolant and thermostat, PCV valve, and put hose clamps in the PCV hose.

Now I'm getting 0153 and 0171 as well as
1131 no switch, in bank 1 sensor 1
But no more 0125.

Looking at the operational data I see that
all the O2 sensors are reading 0.0 Volts
and all the Trim settings are -100.0%

I checked the fuse #5, for the OBD II, at it's O.K.

Looking on the Internet, I see that it's likely that I have an air intake leak. I think I checked all the hoses and they seem O.K.
How do I check for air leaks?
Suggestions?

I check for air leaks with a small propane tank with a hose on the tip. I start the engine and then turn the propane on.. Then I place the hose with the propane coming out of it all over any place there MIGHT be air intering the engine. When the propane gets sucked into the engine the engine GRINS real big..

O2 sensors are reading 0.0 Volts

I'd inspect their wiring for melts and replace them if nothing found.
