Monroe sensa trac or edlebrock ias. which one should i get for my 89 2 wheel drive. Im just looking for ride quality and thats it i barley haul anything to heavy or tow anything and i can get them both at around the same price.

monroes probably a little easier to have them warrantied if they ever go out.

edelbrock shocks??? never used them, maybe they're good, but as far as im concerned, EDELBROCK IS AN INTAKE MANIFOLD COMPANY, and most of their other stuff is just re branded crap. just like their carbs. carter knock-offs. cant stand them. im sure these supposed edelbrock shocks are made by some other company so who knows maybe they're good but i'd still be suspicious...

Edelbrock is more selling a name rather than a Shock IMO

My buddy has the Edelbrock IAS shocks on his Ram 2500. I've driven it with those shocks on it and I wasn't impressed. Then again, there's a big difference between his 4x4 3/4 ton and your 2wd Ranger...

If it's ride quality you're after, go with Bilstein's.

I can't answer to your specific question BUT I use the (Monroe Reflex) these are great shocks in my opinion.
