Top of page ->Thread Tools, subscribe to the thread. Simple as that. You can also set it to automatically do it in your options of your account. 
EDIT: The way you do it in you account: First go to top of the page and select Quick Links, then select Edit Options, then under Messaging and Notification - Default Thread Subscription Mode (Select what you want from the drop down menu). This will allow you to automatically subscribe when you post, reply, or get email notifications.
