EEC-IV Programming

I have a 94 4.0L that I have rebuilt with some performance parts. I have the Comp Cams 270 cut cam, 24# injectors, larger MAF, cold air intake, headers, rear O2 deleted. The computer that I have now has the code OLD2. My question is what do I need to do in order to program and tune this computer? I haven't wired the engine yet so I am open to all ideas.

Please help, this is my first time with EFI.

Just wire it for OBDII and grab a 96 PCM. They are easier to flash and chip.

You can get a chip and put it in too. I think there is a plate on the back that comes off and you can plug a chip into it.
