Tow package on '03 4.0

I'm about make a deal with a private owner on a 2003 B4000 that has the "Towing Package". I'm specifically getting this one to pull a small 2100 lb pop-up camper which it should do fine. The truck is 60 miles away so I haven't seen it in person yet. Can anyone tell me what the "Towing Package" includes on the Mazda or Ranger or what different from the standard B4000/Ranger?

I'd assume its just the hitch...
 
It's probably just a hitch and a 4 or 5 pin connector.

You can put trailer brake and 7-pin in pretty easy though.
