Stalling when braking hard.

Whenever I have to come to a quick complete stop, she will either completely stall or sputter and stumble around until I give her a little gas. This all started this morning. I can do it whether the transmission is in gear or neutral, but not while at a stand still.
I just changed the plugs and oil. She ran rough on the first couple minutes after the tune up but leveled out after that. She idles around 650 rpms and drives just fine.
This has me stumped.

Shes a 1994 4x4 3.0l.
 
Everyone wants to know if she did this trick before the tuneup? If not then what did you include in the tune? New wires? New plugs? Coil? What all please.

had something like that once in a truck, it was a mixture of the fuel filter gumed up and the the idle speed set too low. I would try adjusting the idle speed to be faster. if that doesn't help you can always turn it back down

Well I've only had her for a week, but never had that problem, but now that I think about it, it might have happened before the tune up. My memory isn't too good.
All I did was plugs and oil. I'll start changing out the fuel filter, and maybe wires. I need to do my brakes, she failed inspection.

I got work cut out for me. I need to replace the exhaust manifold gaskets and I'm buying a close quarters/right angle drill. I sure as hell aint pull the heads after I break the bolts.
 
MAF. and or IAC. could be faulty, I have seen the intake manafold gasket leak and do the same thing, check all of your hoses and tubes for leaks as well.
