Hey folks, I was attempting the repair method of the commonly broken blend door motor from this link http://www.blenddoorfix.netfirms.com/ it worked great expect the motor inside the white box has issues. It will go all the way to cold and randomly will stop until you beat the box with a hard object of your choice. I popped the box back out, and took it apart. It was very simple, a circuit board and a series of gears and sensors going to a small motor. It appears as though the motor is just old and weak and will start working if you barely turn it when it stops.
Anyone have any idea were to find a new motor? I went to radio shack and bought one for 5 bucks but it was to big.
