Upgrading to a Posi-Traction

How difficult is it to remove an Open Carrier w/ gear from an 8.8 Rearend and install a Posi-Traction Carrier Assembly with gear? Does it take any special tools and how long should it take?

It takes some special tools, If you already don't know, You may want to think about having a shop do it....

The tools aren't all that expensive. The expensive part is ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
