Removing stock fender flares?

Has anyone removed their stock fender flares from their 98-01 rangers? I'm thinking about doing it but i don't wanna go through all the effort and have it turn out bad. Pics are very helpful

They are a snap in type fastener. Reach around and squeeze a little and they will come out. The fastners will break likely. If you deside to sell them, let me know.
