Bigger Injectors, What do I need?

Following the amazing advice found in this thread. http://www.therangerstation.com/forums/showthread.php?t=25632&highlight=comp+cam

I want to step up to the larger 24lb injectors when I do my motor rebuild, I am getting the larger throttle body, where do I get these 24lb injectors and MAF and sample tube that he talks about? One of the pros mind explaining this a bit better for me.

i think you can get a maf at underdog performance or granatelli motorsports not sure about the injectors, if you search you can find em

Accel has 5 stages of performance injectors. I have #2's. Everything else is stock except exhaust. I cant remember if I got them from Jegs or Summit.

From the information I have gathered, the 97-00 OHV engines use EV6 style injectors...Not the EV1 style your used to seeing on older 4.0 OHVs, mustangs, etc.

You'll have to verify which ones you have to make sure. You can get the injectors practically anywhere including any ford performance website, ebay...

Your vehicle doesnt require a MAF element with the correct sampling tube size as you are OBDII and the injector size can easily be changed in the ecu via a tune/programmer. If you do however feel you need a bigger MAF you can use a larger one from a mustang or lightning, but it can cause drivability issues if not tuned for also. Just be sure to confirm the type of connector as those have changed over the years. Some 95's and most 96+ should be the same 6-pin with built-in IAT.
