Yo,
I don't think it is a "bolt-in" kit per say. I do believe that welding will be required for the spring perch. However, i have not used the kit personaly.

That's a regular axle flip kit. You might be able to find a place to put the stock explorer spring plates and use those shock mounts. If not you will have to weld some tabs on for mounts. If thats the case just weld the spring mounts as well.
