On the TRS Fab and Offroad..has anyone ever used one without having a lift, and if so, how well did it fit? Did it need any modification at all? Thanks

My truck - 1999 Ford Ranger 3.0L 4WD
 
I don't have the Superlift plate, but I've seen them installed. It attaches to the front crossmember to protect the diff, I don't see why you would need a lift for it to fit.
