Wheel/Tire Fitment! URGENT!

I know there is another thread on here asking if the tires will fit. My question is if these specific wheels will fit...

Wheel Size: 17x9
Tire Size: 33x12.5R17
Wheel Backspace: 4.25

I understand i need a torsion crank, and maybe a body lift. I dont drive the truck too much so will i be able to slap the wheels on and get the lift later or they wont fit at all?

This is going on a 2005 Ford Ranger Edge 2WD Automatic, will i have any problems with the speed/gears?

Please let me know everyone

Well with the edge model you have the factory 4x4 suspension so you are sitting at the 4x4 height, and with a small T bar crank you should be able to get 33's under there. Not sure about backspacing though... but you can always crank the t bar and have the shop test fit your tire/wheel for you and if they fit go on and get em on. if not you can get them now and then get a lift and install it/them later.

But get an alignment too.
