Question about rear brake size on a B2500.

I drive a 1998 Mazda B2500 to work everyday and the rear took a poop on me. I found a whole near rear end. The question i have is how can i find out what size brakes i have in the back( 9 inch or 10 inch)? Does it go by gross weight?
