ok heres what shes doing when i first start my truck the engine shakes and runs bad but after 5 to 8 min she is as smooth as a top ive already changed spark plugs and fuel injectors is there anything im missing that would cause this :bawling:

Is there a CEL light on?

I would probably check the sensors, like the MAF and IAC.

Try a new engine temp sensor.. Perhaps the computer is being told the engine is already up to operating temp and is runing too lean at startup.
