bbk throttle body or stock

I have a 93 ranger 4x4 4.0L auto I was thing about getting a bbk t/b I was wondering if I would lose the bottem end torque vs the stock t/b I would like some more mid & top end but it is a 4x4 any pros or cons:icon_confused:
 
I have one on my 93' and it didn't seem to change a whole lot, you have to remember that the stock heads are were most of your restriction accure anyways
