Explorer Header ID and Question

Picked up this set of headers today at the junkyard. Not sure what brand they are but I believe they are Borla. The Explorer had a Borla sticker under the hood and that is what they kind of look like searching on the net. They have a nice thick flange on them.

Here are the pics.

No some questions.

Will they work with a stock y pipe or will I have to get one/make one? The y pipe that was with them looked like a stock one but it was destroyed and useless.

thats funny, where did you get them at ? I was just at pull-a-part in NC geting a dana 35 out of a exploder.And it had borla headers and muffler on it i got the muffler but left the headers(i dont have a 4.0 and did not wana mes with it)

looks like they need a good cleaning. to bad you didn't grab what was left of the y pipe, that way you could possibly match it up.... you might get lucky... the flanges look right, but i dunno if the stock y pipe's dimensions are the same. good score though.

hahaha. Yep that was it. Also had Bilstein shocks on it. Im over at pull-a-part about every weekend looking from new junk.

Where are you located at?

Im in albemarle,I ride up to pull-a-part when ever i get the chance.I looked at the shocks,but thay wont fit my truck with a lift on it, got the borla muffler off it and d35.where you live at?

I am in Mount Holly. I grew up is Locust and Oakboro so I know where Albermarle is.
